At NBIS, regular PE classes provide an atmosphere for students to learn about healthy interaction with their peers. An effective PE encourages teamwork, interaction, competitive attitude & group problem solving. School's extensive playground & facilities provided along with regular sports sessions help to keep our children active & focused. Our achievements in sports have further strengthened our belief. The proposed Turf will provide the opportunity for honing the sports skills of our NBIS champs.

For a completely healthy bodily function, both yoga and meditation are of great importance, practicing yoga can improve physical as well as mental health of an individual whereas meditation provides peace of mind and control over the body. All of these activities have been infused into academics to ensure equivalence between mind and body. Yoga and meditation are the tools to prime the brain for learning. When we relax the nervous system, we're better able to access the thinking parts of the brain. The expert trainer at NBIS develops interest for Yoga.
